Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you are already carrying the weight of anxiety, OCD, panic, or constant worry. Our goal is to make the process as clear, supportive, and straightforward as possible. Below you will find general information about our practice, the services we provide, and what you can expect when getting started.

Our Practice

We are a specialty outpatient therapy practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic, and related concerns. We understand how overwhelming it can feel to live with intrusive thoughts, constant worry, fear, avoidance, and the sense that anxiety is running your life. Our mission is to help clients break free from anxiety’s grip through compassionate, evidence-based care that creates real and lasting change.

What Sets Us Apart

At the Georgia Center for OCD & Anxiety, all of our therapists have completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), an intensive specialized training program focused on the treatment of OCD and related disorders. The BTTI provides advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard cognitive behavioral treatment for OCD, equipping clinicians with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively deliver evidence-based care.

Our Experienced Clinicians

Our team of licensed psychologists and clinical social workers specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety-related disorders. Using evidence-based approaches, we work collaboratively to help children, adolescents, and adults overcome OCD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, PTSD, and related concerns. By combining specialized training and certifications, with compassionate, individualized care, we empower our clients with practical skills that lead to lasting change and a more fulfilling life.

How We Support Growth

Our practice specializes in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. We use approaches that are backed by research and proven to be effective in helping individuals overcome fear, reduce avoidance, and build confidence in their ability to face difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations.

Therapy is not simply about getting through the day or finding temporary relief. It is about learning a new way to respond to anxiety — one that helps you build resilience, trust yourself, and move toward the life you want to live.
